broken cable

I purchased a Native Union cable for my wife who was in the hospital, for some reason it broke. I contacted Native Union and in a short time they resolved the issue for me.

Absolutely the best cable in the…

Absolutely the best cable in the market!. I have tried every high end cable for sale and this is tops.
The icing on the cake is that when 1 of my cables stopped charging, with a quick email exchange with customer service, a brand new one was on its way! IMPRESSIVE to say the least
Do not hesitate to pay a few extra dollars for a great cable backed up with excellent customers service

My cable was broken…

My cable was broken and I contacted customer care. They were very friendly and one week later I got a new charging cable.
Perfect service, friendly and fast

Company that makes a better world

My wife had a problem with the connectivity of the charger tip. We contacted Native Union. They served us very well and did everything to solve our problem. I never imagined that we would be treated so well and that this problem would be solved. Even being from another country, they helped us in a surprising way. No words to express our gratitude to Native Union, a company that makes a better world! Thanks

A one time courtesy, with a slight dilemma.

I recently had a charging cord break. The connecting tip for the iPhone port broke from the head of the cord. Overall my experience working with the team was positive. I wrote to them and explained that the cord was received as a gift, and therefore I did not have a receipt or a proof of purchase. They responded quickly, and did send me a replacement outside of the warranty. That's the part I'm happy about. I am however, a bit disappointed that they aren't able to register my product under warranty, because I received it as a gift and thus don't have proof of purchase or the receipt.
I am left without a warranty on the product, so I'm hoping it doesn't happen again, or at least not for a while.

All style—completely useless. More importantly—a fire hazard

This is a review for the Native Union drop wireless charger. I purchased the charger at an Apple Store while on vacation in February 2020 when I forgot mine at home. It never quite seemed to give my iPhone a full charge after a full evening of charging if not outright stopping to charge less than 5 minutes later.
Quite frankly, the only reason it gets used is because it’s the better looking wireless charger. So, every so often, I plug it back in and put it on my nightstand and hope that I’ll have better results. All evening I have been smelling burned plastic but could not find the source. As I was about to charge my phone for the evening the culprit was found. The charging platform was too hot to even touch. And when I unplugged the USB cable from the charging disk it was clear that I got to it not long before it could have very easily started a fire. The plastic at the USB-C end of the cord was equally hot and covered in melted plastic.
This is one of multiple Native Union products I’ve purchased throughout the years from many different retailers that stock your products. That said, not one of those has ever made it to over a year of use. I’m willing to be somewhat flexible on the longevity of the lifecycle of your products in exchange for charging devices that look nice in my home. A trade off thats become somewhat of a joke between my friend group when talking about Native Union products. However, I am not flexible when your products are a potential fire hazard.

This product has an extraordinary vibe…

This product has an extraordinary vibe and is dependable! I never needed to double-check to ensure our mobile phones are charging. This is an Extraordinary Type C charger. The colors are of fantastic quality. The Cables are strong yet adaptable and don't crimp. Exceptionally happy with this purchase! This is Highly Recommended

Excellent cables!

Far superior quality cables and excellent customer service. Native Union makes some pretty tough braided cables and we have used them for several years, replacing most all of our cables when we purchase new devices. Our youngest daughter needed a new cable a few months ago and we got her one of the 10' USB-C cables. Well, she came to us today with the tip broken off and was quite distraught because her phone wouldn't charge. Native Union has a 2 year warranty (3 year if you register on their website which I did) so I proceeded to hit up live chat and provide a few pictures and a copy of my digital receipt from Best Buy. The entire process was extremely quick and almost effortless. Top notch!

Awful customer service the worst I have…

Awful customer service the worst I have witnessed, refuse to honour the uk distance selling regulations, this is the law but it’s like banging your head against a wall. Just keep saying send proof for warranty claim, now been nearly two weeks since receiving crap extension hub, received two, one the earth slot didn’t close so said I have no faith in the other so want to return, avoid native union, there is better cables & cases out there with good customer service

Very Satisfied Customer

I have been a satisfied customer for years. I recently had an issue with an iPhone charging cable and within minutes the customer service team responded and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Great company to buy from and would recommend their products without hesitation! A++++++
